Return & Exchange Policy

 

Due to the limited, random and collectible nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our trading card boxes, cases, and/or packs.  All sales are final. If you receive cards that you believe are defective, please contact orders@scifihobby.com

If your order is lost, we will work with the shipping company to try and locate the order and ensure that it is safely delivered to you.  If for some reason your shipment cannot be located, we may replace your order, at our discretion, with identical items or offer a refund or credit if identical items cannot be offered.  

Customers found to be filing frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks will have their account closed and will no longer be allowed to purchase our products.
